This survey is completely anonymous and does not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information.

We encourage you to be candid while keeping your comments constructive and respectful, especially in the free-response sections. Your feedback will help guide future decisions and improve the experience for our swimmers and families.

Reminder: To remain eligible to compete in the EBSL and swim with the Newark Bluefins during the 2027 season, all participation with another EBSL swim team must cease by December 31, 2026, in accordance with league eligibility rules.
