Please see the attached heat sheet and athlete check-in for tomorrow's home meet against the Glenmoor Stingrays.

Meet Day Reminders:
Gates Open: 3:30 PM
Warm-Ups: 4:00 PM
Meet Starts: 5:00 PM

If your swimmer becomes sick or is unable to attend at the last minute, please contact our Meet Director, Amber Leyva, at (510) 299-7848 as soon as possible.

Don't forget to bring:
