Hi Bluefin Families,

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow is our final Potluck, Big Tuna Awards, and End-of-Season Awards Night—the first part of our two-day celebration!

We’ll also be selling Bluefins gear tomorrow and Saturday, including hoodies, pajama pants, t-shirts, visors, and beanies. If you’re interested, be sure to bring cash or a checkbook!

We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Tomorrow’s Timeline:

• 4:30–5:45 PM – Groups 4 & 5 swim
• 5:00–5:45 PM – Groups 1–3 eat
• 5:45 PM – Big Tuna Awards
• 6:00–7:00 PM – Groups 1–3 swim / Groups 4 & 5 eat
• 7:00–8:00 PM – End-of-Season Awards

Potluck Details:

Please bring a dish to share, based on the first letter of your last name:

• A–F: Dessert (e.g., cookies, brownies, rice crispy treats)
• G–L: Main Dish (e.g., noodles, pasta, chicken wings)
• M–R: Pizza (e.g., cheese, pepperoni, combo)
• S–Z: Side Dish (e.g., salad, breadsticks, sushi)

Food Drop-Off: Please have your dish at the pool by 4:45 PM
Portions: Enough to serve 10 people
Swimmers Eat First: Let’s let our hardworking swimmers enjoy their meal first—parents can eat after.

We’d love for everyone to stick around for the awards ceremony at 7:00 PM. This event kicks off our end-of-season celebration, which continues Saturday with tacos and a pool party!
