Hi Team,

We’re excited to see everyone at the swim meet tomorrow, Saturday, May 17, as we take on the Glenmoor Stingrays at Meyer Pool (38220 Glenmoor Drive, Fremont, CA 94536).

We still do not have the heat sheets, but hope to send them out to everyone once we receive them from the Glenmoor Stingrays. 

🏁 Meet Schedule:

• Gates Open: 6:30 a.m.
• Warm-Ups: 6:45 a.m. (Please arrive on time – a proper warm-up is crucial for our swimmers!)
• Meet Start: 8:00 a.m.
• Expected End: 12:00 p.m.

📍 Venue Info:

• Parking: Street parking available, with overflow at Glenmoor Elementary (4620 Mattos Drive).
• Important: Avoid parking near the fire hydrant across from the pool – violators risk being ticketed or towed.

🏕️ Team Setup:

• Set up on the lawn area to the left of the pool or back lawn (please leave space for Stingray families).
• Keep pool deck pathways clear to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• There will be plenty of room for chairs and EZ ups (needed for shade for our swimmers).

🍽️ Food & Amenities:

• Snack Bar: Full menu available – cash preferred, Venmo accepted.
• Facilities: Changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers are open for use.
• Note: No pets allowed on the pool deck (inside the gate).

📋 Volunteer Reminders:

• If you have swimmer changes, visit the computer table by the deep end as early as possible.
• Timers: Stay focused while on shift – please avoid phone use and filming from behind the blocks.

Finally, don’t forget to bring a little treat for your swim buddy!
