Hi Bluefin Families,

As we gear up for our first meet this Saturday, here are a few important reminders:

1. Swim Caps & Buddy Forms: We will be handing out Bluefin swim caps and buddy forms at today’s practice.
2. Swim Suits: Our team suits are still in transit from Spain, and it’s unlikely they’ll arrive before Saturday. Given this, it’s essential that all swimmers wear their Bluefin swim caps for the meet, as this will help us distinguish our swimmers from the opposing team.
3. Swim Buddy Tradition: For the swim meet this Saturday, swimmers should plan to bring a small treat for their swim buddy. If you’re new to the team and aren’t familiar with this tradition, here’s a quick rundown: We encourage swimmers to bring their buddy a small gift based on their preferences from the buddy form – this could be a favorite snack/candy, a fun trinket, or a small token of encouragement. Most importantly, we ask that swimmers cheer on their buddies during their events, helping build team spirit and support!
