Newsletter 4
Here are a few updates for the week of April 18:
-Practice this week starts on MONDAY and the schedule is as follows:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (no practice on Thursday (4/18) due to a HS swim meet).
-Please remember to be on time to practice and to pick up your swimmers on time.
-Parents must pick up under 10 swimmers from the pool. They can not walk to the parking lot.
-We have a few Newark Bluefin adult sweatshirts in size small and large for sale. They are $25. Please see a board member if you are interested.
- Please complete the attached Buddy Form if you haven’t already and either scan it back or bring it to practice this week!

4/18 NO PRACTICE (HS is using the pool for a swim meet)
4/29 – 4:30 practice starts for groups 4 and 5
5/10 – Friday Practice start
5/11 Time Trials- (New date)
5/13- Swim a thon and tie dye event
5/18 – 1st meet at home vs. Southgate
5/25 – No meet
6/1 – Meet at Castro Valley
6/8 – Meet at Bay Area Dolphins
6/15 – Meet at home vs. Chabot and San Leandro
6/22– Meet at Warm Springs
6/29 – Team Party and Final Meet at home vs. Glenmoor and Mission Valley
July 3– Movie Night
July 5th- No meet
7/ 12 and 7/13- Champs (top 100 Bluefin swimmers-by coach invite). Please note this year it will be 2 days.
